lab-backup 이용약관

시행일: 2026-11-04. 이 약관은 lab-backup(lab.ein1.me)에 적용됩니다.

목적: lab-backup은 개인 서버 lab의 재해 복구 백업을 서버 소유자 본인의 Google Drive에 보관하는 개인용 도구입니다.
사용자: 서버 소유자 한 사람만 씁니다. 다른 사람에게 서비스로 제공하지 않으며, 소유자 외의 사람은 쓸 수 없습니다.
Google API 이용: lab-backup은 Google API 서비스 약관과 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따르며, Google API를 백업 보관 외의 목적에 쓰지 않습니다.
금지 사항: lab-backup과 그 백업을 비동의 성적 이미지(NCII)를 포함한 불법 콘텐츠를 만들거나 저장하거나 퍼뜨리는 데 쓸 수 없습니다. lab-backup에는 생성형 AI 기능이 없고, Google 사용자 데이터를 AI·머신러닝 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
보증 없음: 이 도구는 있는 그대로 제공되며 어떤 보증도 하지 않습니다.
변경: 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 고치고 시행일을 바꿉니다.

lab-backup Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-11-04. These terms apply to lab-backup (lab.ein1.me).

Purpose: lab-backup is a personal tool that keeps the disaster-recovery backups of the personal server lab in the server owner's own Google Drive.
Users: only the server owner uses it. It is not offered as a service to anyone else, and no one other than the owner may use it.
Use of Google APIs: lab-backup complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, and uses Google APIs for nothing but the backups.
Prohibited use: lab-backup and its backups must not be used to create, store, or distribute unlawful content, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). lab-backup has no generative AI features and does not use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models.
No warranty: the tool is provided as is, without any warranty.
Changes: if these terms change, this page is updated along with its effective date.
